Horizon Accord
A Diagnostic Studio & Creative Lab
The Zero Point
Horizon Accord is a diagnostic project led by Cherokee Schill. It serves as an archival space dedicated to systemic pattern analysis and human-led machine musical composition. By documenting the structural erosion of constitutional accountability and the horizons of machine-assisted sound, we aim to establish a high-fidelity record of institutional failure and creative resonance. This is an archival documentation effort, operating as a solo studio supported by a team of AI collaborators.
